Senior Transaction Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee a high-volume portfolio of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on complex lease activity and end-to-end deal execution. The Senior Transaction Manager will partner closely with finance, legal, and external broker vendors to drive quality delivery, maintain momentum across the pipeline, and ensure transactions move efficiently from diligence through approval and completion. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong client service, sound judgment, and the ability to balance speed, flexibility, and precision.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $164,500 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of real estate transactions, ensuring quality delivery
• Manage a dynamic deal pipeline, negotiating high-value lease transactions
• Directly manage broker vendors for drafting and negotiating agreements
• Complete due diligence and approval requirements for transactions
• Prepare and draft business case documentation in collaboration with the finance team
• Work with legal counsel to prepare and execute all transaction documentation
• Coach and develop team members to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in managing complex, high-value transactions
• Demonstrated skills in contract review and lease negotiations
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and organizational skills
• Outstanding client service abilities
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments with a focus on speed and flexibility
