A leading real estate investment manager is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to originate and execute high-return equity investments. The work goes beyond core: complex structures, opportunities across the capital stack, development risk, and thematic plays with operating partners.

What you’ll do

• Originate and lead complex equity transactions from first conversation to close
• Structure investments across the capital stack
• Assess and price development risk
• Partner with specialist operators to back emerging real estate themes
• Take investment cases to committee and win support for them

What you’ll bring

• A track record of originating deals, not just executing them
• Strong real estate fundamentals across transactions and development
• Confidence with complex, non-standard deal structures
• A strong network and the judgement to back the right opportunities

This is a senior role with real influence over where capital goes.
