Lead end-to-end transition projects across BFSI / Mortgage processes, from solutioning and transition planning
Manage RFI/RFP, solution design & transition execution
Develop project, ramp-up, QA/QC, governance & communication plans
Required Candidate profile
5+ years of Core Solutions / Transition experience
Strong BFSI / Mortgage domain knowledge
Experience managing 2–3 multi-tower BFSI projects in recent roles
Strong PMO & project management exposure
