Senior Treasury Analyst

The Role

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will support core treasury and finance activities, helping to manage day-to-day operations while the team focuses on a number of ongoing strategic initiatives.

This role would suit someone who can quickly get up to speed, work independently and provide high-quality analysis and reporting from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities
• FX and margin analysis
• Preparing dashboards and management information
• Supporting treasury and finance BAU activities
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working with stakeholders across the business
• Identifying issues and escalating where appropriate

Candidate Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical capability
• Previous experience in treasury, finance, product control or financial accounting
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive with a solutions-focused mindset

Desirable Experience

• Financial Services background
• Treasury or cash management experience
• Product Control experience
• Power BI and/or Alteryx
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACT or equivalent qualification
