หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ดูแลและบริหาร Cash Flow ของบริษัทให้เพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
- จัดทำ Daily Cash Position และ Cash Flow Forecast ทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะกลาง
- ตรวจสอบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารและควบคุมการเคลื่อนไหวของเงินสดของบริษัท
- ดูแลการรับ-จ่ายเงินของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและนโยบายของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบ Payment / Bank Transfer / Online Banking รวมถึงเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน
- ประสานงานกับธนาคารเกี่ยวกับบัญชีเงินฝาก การโอนเงิน ค่าธรรมเนียม และบริการด้านธนาคารต่าง ๆ
- ดูแลและติดตาม Loan / Short-term Loan / Long-term Loan / Promissory Note (PN) และตารางการชำระเงิน
- ติดตามวงเงินสินเชื่อและการใช้วงเงินของบริษัท รวมถึงประสานงานกับธนาคารในการต่ออายุหรือขอวงเงินเพิ่มเติม
- คำนวณและติดตามดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้และดอกเบี้ยเงินฝาก
- ดูแล Bank Reconciliation และตรวจสอบรายการผิดปกติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีธนาคาร
- จัดทำ Treasury Reports เช่น Cash Position, Cash Flow Forecast, Loan Outstanding และ Bank Balance
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุม Foreign Exchange (FX) และธุรกรรมสกุลเงินต่างประเทศ หากบริษัทมีการทำธุรกรรมต่างประเทศ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Accounting, AP, AR, Tax และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้กระบวนการรับ-จ่ายเงินเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำงบประมาณและประมาณการกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุม Treasury Process ให้สอดคล้องกับ Internal Control / Company Policy
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารสำหรับ Audit รวมถึง Internal Audit และ External Audit
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Treasury
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
