About the role

Senior Trust Officer role managing a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support. You will act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, providing full ongoing administration support
• Act as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structure setup and day-to-day administration
• Ensure trusts and companies meet relevant statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Support periodic client reviews based on risk ratings and internal policies
• Handle restructuring, termination, liquidation and winding-up matters when required
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing, collections and preparation of financial statements
• Maintain accurate trust, corporate and client records, including internal databases and documentation
• Review work and provide guidance to junior team members
• Support ad-hoc internal, regulatory and operational projects as required

About you

• 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services
• Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• Good understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail
• STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage
