Senior UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and technical documentation.
• Develop reusable workflows and components following UiPath best practices and REFramework.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot performance.
• Support production deployments and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior developers and promote development standards and best practices

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of UiPath best practices, exception handling, logging, and debugging.
• Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (preferred).
