Senior UI/UX Designer

Job highlights

• Participate in design reviews and sprint planning discussions . Mentor junior designers when required .

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies

• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure UX feasibility

• Design visually appealing, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides

• Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and platforms

• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation

• We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who can take ownership of design execution, translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams

• This role requires someone who is strong in both UX thinking and UI execution, and capable of handling projects independently while maintaining design consistency and usability standards
