Senior Unreal Developer

Joygame, founded in 2009 and titled Turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

We are looking for a “ Senior Unreal Developer ” for our Madbyte Studio organization in İstanbul and needed qualifications are below.

Responsibilities:

• Passionate about problem solving

• Develop core systems on the client/server of our projects,

• Design and implement systems that integrate with unreal engine,

• Optimize multiplayer gameplay and network performance,

• Create innovative solutions for in-game mechanics and features,

• Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and artists to bring the game to life.

Requirements:

• 5 years development experience in pc gaming project / game publishing experience at Steam is a must,

• Proficiency in C++ and/or C#,

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine,

• Solid understanding of multiplayer systems, networking, and client-server architecture,

• A strong team player with great communication and problem-solving skills,

• A gamer at heart who could say: “I don’t just code games, I play them too.”
