Senior Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a Senior Upwork Bidder with 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and business development. The ideal candidate should understand website/CMS and graphic design services and be confident in communicating with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, solution-oriented proposals.
• Generate leads and convert them into business.
• Understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage projects from start to completion.
• Use project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, BBA, or a related field.
• 1+ year of relevant Upwork/bidding experience.
• Understanding of CMS/website development and 2D graphic design.
• Basic knowledge of web development and design.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of client requirements and project management.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
