Job Description Divami Design Labs is a Human-Centered Design consultancy in Hyderabad. Design Thinking is not a process we follow; it is the operating rhythm of every engagement.

THE ROLE "A concept-to-completion role" You own the full process — from ambiguous brief to shipped, validated product. You drive HMW sessions, syntheses Affinity Maps, apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage, and challenge every assumption with JTBD before opening Figma. You lead, not execute.

CREATIVE Creative Thinking Lateral Thinking, SCAMPER, Crazy 8s, Bio mimicry in live workshops.

HCD Human-Centered Design Contextual Inquiry, Empathy Maps, POV statements, HMW framing. Never assume.

What You’ll Own 01 Discover

• Contextual Inquiry — ethnographic observation in real environments.
• Empathy Maps — say/think/do/feel — beyond self-reported behaviour.

• Strategic: Translates North Star Metrics into design principles.
