Senior UX Writer

About the Role

Adobe is seeking a Senior Content & Experience Strategist to craft intuitive, human-centered content experiences across web, in-app, and community platforms. This role focuses on enabling users to better understand and engage with Adobe products through clear, effective, and data-driven content.

The ideal candidate will combine content strategy, UX writing, and analytical thinking to improve user experience and drive meaningful outcomes. This is a highly collaborative and ownership-driven role requiring minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, deliver, and lead content initiatives that improve customer self-service and product enablement across multiple channels (web, in-app, community, social).
• Create and contribute to content strategies aligned with product and user goals.
• Collaborate across teams to support cross-functional content and experience initiatives.
• Analyze customer data and insights to identify content gaps and build effective knowledge and troubleshooting strategies.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to support campaigns that drive product usage and revenue growth.
• Lead projects end-to-end while managing dependencies within tight timelines.
• Work closely with engineering, support, and product teams to understand requirements and implement content solutions.
• Take on multiple roles including strategist, writer, editor, and project manager as needed.
• Design and maintain content structures and information architecture focused on usability and discoverability.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and user communities to create and maintain high-quality content.
• Ensure all content aligns with Adobe writing standards and style guidelines.
• Deliver accurate and high-quality content through stakeholder reviews and user validation.
• Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Monitor user behavior, feedback, and engagement metrics to identify key issues and improvements.
• Work with data teams to derive insights and improve content and product experience.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve team objectives.
• Write clear and intuitive UI/UX copy that enhances product usability.
• Create conversational content for AI assistants to guide users effectively.
• Continuously improve content experiences using data and user insights.
• Leverage GenAI tools for content creation while ensuring quality through human review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-focused content roles, preferably in a software or product-based company.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating user-facing content.
• Familiarity with design tools (Adobe or similar) is preferred.
• Experience with content creation tools, including text, visual, video, or CMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and adapt quickly based on performance metrics.
• Understanding of analytics, search technologies, and SEO/GEO/AEO best practices.
