Senior VAL Operator, Operations

Job Descriptions

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of operators to achieve daily operational targets.

Assign and coordinate daily tasks, workloads, and manpower deployment.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of team members.

• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to ensure competency and compliance with standard operating procedures.

• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.

• Ensure daily warehouse or production activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.

• Monitor productivity and work performance against operational KPIs.

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, or production activities as assigned.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during daily operations.

• Escalate critical operational concerns to supervisors or management promptly.

• Monitor work quality and minimize errors, damages, and discrepancies.

• Support inventory counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation activities.

• Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions are completed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environments.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

• Experience leading blue-collar operational teams is highly advantageous.
