Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Role Overview

We are seeking high-calibre Senior Valuation Analyst with a strong transaction services or advisory background and advanced financial modelling expertise.

The role combines:

• Investment analysis
• Valuation
• Structured finance
• Strategic financial decision support

Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, intellectual rigour, ownership mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, own and maintain complex integrated financial models (project finance, 3-statement, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
• Perform valuation analysis for new investments, partnerships and strategic initiatives
• Support structuring of financing solutions across wind, storage and hydrogen projects
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for senior management and investment committees
• Analyze project returns, capital structure optimization and risk allocation
• Support fundraising processes and lender engagement
• Work closely with technical, commercial and legal teams to validate financial assumptions
• Provide financial insight and analytical support to Country MDs

Profile & Requirements

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A advisory (Big 4 / Tier 1 advisory)
• Proven track record in valuation and advanced Excel financial modelling (mandatory)
• Experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure or project finance strongly preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel modelling (complex integrated project finance models)
• Strong understanding of DCF, trading comparables, IRR, LCOE analysis
• Familiarity with structured finance and capital structuring principles
• Strong financial statement analysis capabilities
• Ability to prepare board-level and investment-grade presentations

Education

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
• CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus
