Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and large-scale organizational change management projects.
• Manage budgets at the executive level, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational budgeting.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue streams.
• Implement operational excellence initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and promote best practices across the organization.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform strategic planning, operational adjustments, and performance metrics.
• Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or large-scale projects.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and board members on key initiatives, financial performance, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of critical initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervisory responsibilities in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success in strategic management, business development management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong background in business operations, financial management—including budget management and profit/loss analysis—and process improvement.
• Expertise in change management strategies and large-scale organizational change management processes.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making, operational analysis, forecasting, and program management.
• Experience leading executive-level teams through transformational initiatives while maintaining focus on organizational goals.
• Skilled in leadership development, supervision, and fostering a high-performance culture within diverse teams.

Pay: $280,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
