Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to advance operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term organizational growth.
• Operations Management: Oversee business operations and cross-functional teams across project management, program management, and general business management to foster a high-performance corporate culture.
• Financial Oversight: Manage corporate budgets, executive-level forecasting, financial planning, and profit and loss (P&L) analysis to support sustained financial performance.
• Process Optimization: Lead operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline enterprise workflows and maximize cost efficiency.
• Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies during organizational transformations to ensure smooth transitions and sustained performance improvements.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership and board members to align business strategies with corporate objectives and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong alignment with executive stakeholders, providing clear, analytical insights into key operational metrics, business performance, and strategic priorities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, strategic management, organizational leadership, or a closely related executive field.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-budget initiatives from strategic planning through execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field required. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial management, corporate forecasting, budget oversight, and strategic P&L accountability.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, with a proven ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, board members, and senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.

Pay: $142,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year
