Senior Video Designer (for a renowned pharma co.)

Role & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality videos from concept to final delivery for digital and social media platforms.
• Edit engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, podcasts, and other marketing campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, product videos, promotional videos, and animated content.
• Transform creative briefs into visually compelling content with strong storytelling and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms to create high-performing content.
• Research competitor content and recommend fresh creative ideas to improve brand visibility.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance video editing, voiceovers, subtitles, image generation, and overall content creation.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Product teams during content planning and execution.
• Manage multiple video projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for different digital platforms and maintain brand consistency.
• Organize project files efficiently and continuously improve editing workflows and creative processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and creative content production.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other professional editing software.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent visual storytelling, motion graphics, and creative thinking skills.
• Good understanding of social media content, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end video production with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new editing techniques and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver high-quality creative output.
