Senior Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality video content across digital and social media platforms.

You will be responsible for editing and producing short-form and long-form video content, transforming creative concepts into compelling visual stories that capture attention and drive audience engagement. The role involves working closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop fresh, trendy, and impactful video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing channels
• Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to translate creative concepts and campaign objectives into compelling visual content
• Apply effective video editing techniques, transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and color correction to enhance the overall quality of content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, visual trends, and audience preferences, and incorporate relevant trends into content creation
• Create visually engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives
• Review and optimize video content based on audience engagement, performance metrics, and campaign results
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery

About you

• Diploma or above in Video Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Design, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant video editing experience
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent tools
• Strong creative thinking and visual aesthetic sense, with a good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual trends
• Highly self-motivated and execution-oriented, with the ability to independently manage the full video production process, from organizing raw footage and editing to final output
• Able to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
