Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Unified Communications Engineer (AVCN) to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration environments. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Cisco video endpoints, Webex Control Hub, Cisco collaboration technologies, and enterprise AV infrastructure. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to provide L2/L3 support for complex collaboration environments.

Basic automation knowledge using Python and/or Ansible will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, and support enterprise Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Video Endpoints including Desk Pro, Codec Pro, Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, and other Cisco collaboration devices.
• Manage Cisco Webex Cloud, Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and Webex Control Hub.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise collaboration infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Cisco Voice and Video incidents.
• Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Expressway, and Voice Gateways.
• Perform troubleshooting using SIP, H.323, RTP, and other collaboration protocols.
• Analyze logs, packet captures, and debug outputs to identify root causes.
• Work with monitoring and alerting tools including Splunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Hepic.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Support project implementation and production change activities.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using Python or Ansible wherever applicable.

• 6 15 years of experience in Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Cisco enterprise collaboration environments.

• Experience supporting production collaboration environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience handling critical production incidents.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
• Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
