About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Videographer to lead the production of high-quality video content for our brands and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in videography, lighting, video editing, storytelling, and content production, with the ability to transform marketing concepts into engaging visual content across social media, digital advertising, websites, events, and corporate communications.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and events.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans based on marketing objectives.
• Handle complete video production from pre-production through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video production equipment.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Produce product videos, promotional campaigns, educational content, interviews, testimonials, corporate videos, and event coverage.
• Create visually compelling product demonstrations and lifestyle content for pharmaceutical, aesthetic, skincare, medical, and beauty brands.
• Edit footage with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, color correction, and visual consistency.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, titles, and other visual elements when required.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketers, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop campaign content.
• Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Organize and maintain video files, project assets, footage, and production libraries.
• Stay updated with emerging video trends, social media formats, filming techniques, editing styles, and content trends.
• Take creative ownership of projects and contribute new ideas to improve the company's visual content strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of professional videography and video production experience preferred.
• Strong experience in both video shooting and professional post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, camera operation, framing, and audio recording.
• Experience working with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, stabilizers, and other production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of video formats and specifications for social media and digital advertising.
• Experience producing short-form social media content is highly preferred.
• Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to manage projects independently while working effectively with a creative and marketing team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on location and travel for shoots, events, exhibitions, or commercial projects when required.
