ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Senior Villa Experience Manager for a luxury resort in the Turks and Caicos. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this is a senior guest-facing leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless villa experience for every guest throughout their stay. The right candidate is a polished, proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of luxury villa or resort operations, and a genuine passion for creating personalized, memorable guest journeys.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and oversee the Villa Experience team, including the Villa Experience Manager, supervisors, concierge team, and bellman
• Take full ownership of the guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, personalized, and exceeds expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with villa guests, anticipating needs and creating bespoke moments throughout their stay
• Ensure all villa areas are presented to the highest luxury standards at all times
• Drive team performance through coaching, development, scheduling, and clear accountability
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Rooms and other departments to ensure consistent operational excellence
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism, composure, and a genuine commitment to resolution
• Oversee concierge services, ensuring guests receive timely, knowledgeable, and personalised recommendations and arrangements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in a senior villa, guest experience, or rooms division leadership role within a luxury resort environment
• Strong background in concierge, butler, or personalized guest service operations
• Caribbean or island resort experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and hold a team accountable
• Exceptional guest relations skills with a warm, proactive, and highly professional demeanour
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic luxury environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and presentation standards
