Senior Villa Manager

Bali Management Villas is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Villa Manager to oversee the operations of multiple luxury villa properties in Uluwatu. This role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team performance.

Range Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 + Service Charge/month
Location: Villa Anugrah Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role

The Senior Villa Manager will oversee the overall operations of assigned villa properties, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, property quality, and effective team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality leader who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple properties and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned villa properties.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistently high hospitality standards.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop operational teams.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Guest Services, and other departments.
• Ensure villas are fully prepared for guest arrivals, including cleanliness, maintenance, and special requests.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience managing multiple villa or hospitality properties.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of villa/hotel operations and guest relations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional, well-groomed, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Strong reporting and operational management skills.
• Must be domiciled in Bali.
