Gynoveda is India's first Ayurveda Couple Fertility Clinic. 50+ clinics across India. 100+ doctors. 20,000+ babies born through our treatment. There was no category called Ayurveda fertility care before us. We are building it, clinic by clinic.

About the Role:

This role needs a thinker. Before the design starts, you ask who the audience is, what the brand needs to say, and how they will perceive it. You know the why behind every choice.

You design how Gynoveda looks wherever a couple meets it: the ad on the phone, the page where they book, the clinic front they walk up to, and the brochure they carry home. Print, digital, and physical space, in one role.

This is an individual contributor role. You take the brief, build the concept, and carry it through to the finished file yourself.

What You Will Own:

• Paid ad creatives: images, carousels and thumbnails for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Landing pages and website pages that take a couple from the ad to a booked appointment, designed for the phone screen first
• Clinic facades, storefront visuals and branding inside the clinic, with mockups and 3D visualisations for signage and displays
• Print and packaging: brochures, flyers, banners and posters, checked for color and resolution before press
• The concept behind every piece, from the brief to the finished file
• Brand consistency, so that an ad, a brochure and a clinic wall all look like one Gynoveda

What You Will Not Own:

A team; this is an individual contributor role. The copy; copywriters write it, and you design with them. Media plans and budgets; the performance marketing team runs those.

What You Must Bring:

• 5 to 8 years in graphic design, with brand and marketing communication (MarCom) work at the core
• A portfolio of original concepts you created and carried to final output, in both print and digital. Adaptation, resizing and production work alone will not be enough
• The thinking behind the work. You can explain who a piece is for, what it has to communicate, and why you designed it that way
• Strong typography, layout and color
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Paid ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, designed for phone screens
• Clear communication with marketing, content and other teams

Good to have:

Design work for retail, F&B, or beauty and personal care brands; knowledge of architectural visualization; and a design degree (BFA, or a Master's or postgraduate degree in Design).

This Role Is Not for You If:

• You want to lead a team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role
• Most of your work so far has been adaptation, resizing, or production of designs made by others
• You prefer to be handed the idea and only execute it. Here, the thinking is part of the job
• You are looking for remote or hybrid work. The role is based at our Malad office, 5 days a week
• You work in one medium only. This role covers print, digital, and physical space
