Job Title Senior Visual Designer (Social Media Design & Reels)

Job Type Full-Time | Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with proven experience in social media design and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) editing. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, premium, conversion-focused creatives for our clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, along with occasional print collateral.This is a client-facing role. You must be highly responsive, communicate confidently in English, understand briefs fully before executing, and know how to keep clients satisfied through clean work, quick turnarounds and mature handling of feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design (Primary Focus)

• Design creatives for Instagram posts, carousels and stories, Reels and TikTok thumbnails, Facebook and LinkedIn banners and ad creatives
• Adapt every creative correctly for each platform – you must have a proper understanding of social media sizes, safe zones, aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) and placement requirements
• Maintain modern, minimal and premium design standards with pixel-perfect alignment, spacing and hierarchy
• Follow and strengthen client brand guidelines (typography, colour systems, layout)

Reels & Short-Form Video (Primary Focus)

• Edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and paid ad videos
• Apply clean, engaging cuts and transitions, modern subtitle/caption styles, basic motion graphics, sound design/background music, and colour correction
• Deliver content that is engaging, on-trend, and brand-safe

Print Design (Secondary)

• Design print-ready brochures, flyers, roll-up banners, posters, business cards and other brand collateral when required

UI/UX Support (Bonus)

• Basic support with simple web/app layouts and UI components in Figma

Ideal Profile

• 4+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on social media
• Portfolio that clearly shows social media creatives and Reels/short-form video work
• Understands branding, performance marketing and social media storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
