Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Visual Merchandising (VM) standards are consistently implemented across all regional stores.
• Execute and monitor store displays, window displays, mannequin styling, and promotional displays as per brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular VM audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and visual standards.
• Plan and execute VM activities for new store openings.
• Train and develop store teams/VM Champions on VM standards and best practices.
• Maintain store visual appeal, hygiene, and customer experience across all stores.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers for effective VM execution.
• Prepare monthly VM reports, audit reports, and performance updates.
• Identify process improvements and ensure timely implementation of VM strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / PG Diploma in Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within Retail, Apparel, Fashion, or Value Retail.
• Hands-on experience in Store Displays, Window Displays, Mannequin Styling, Store Audits, and New Store Openings.
• Experience in handling multiple stores/regions and training store teams on VM standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
