Senior Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities：

• Lead the development of seasonal and regular visual merchandising concepts aligned with the brand identity together with the commercial goals of the Company and translating business priorities into compelling visual stories across every store or special/seasonal Event.
• Own the visual merchandising guidelines plus planogram standards for the store network and maintaining a consistent brand presentation whilst giving store teams clear direction for daily execution.
• Design window displays as well as sales floor layouts for new product launches, promotions plus seasonal campaigns and coordinating production together with installation via external vendors to open every display on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with the marketing, administration and operations teams to plan the display calendar, keeping every campaign aligned with product priorities and promotion schedules together with stock availability.
• Take ownership of stock and inventory management of display materials across the store network, keeping accurate records and timely replenishment as well as allocation of props together with materials to align every store presentation with visual plans.
• Maintain visual standards through regular store visits, audits as well as coaching sessions and equipping store teams to uphold presentation quality between visits.
• Analyse sales performance together with customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of each display and producing insight reports that guide future merchandising decisions.

Requirements :

• Higher diploma or above in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design, marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising within Retail or Beauty environments, preferably gained in fashion, lifestyle, beauty related or retail chain operations.
• Solid command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator as well as SketchUp or similar visualization tools, together with the ability to produce display mockups, planograms plus installation drawings.
• Strong aesthetic judgement combined with commercial awareness plus a flexible mindset towards evolving beauty concepts, able to interpret sales data, customer insights as well as space constraints when planning displays.
• Highly motivated with a sharp eye for detail, taking ownership of stock and inventory management without hesitation whilst collaborating comfortably with store teams as well as external vendors under tight campaign deadlines.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English together with Cantonese, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
• Less Experience candidate will be considered to Visual Merchandiser.
