Senior Visual Merchandiser

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Visual Merchandiser role based in Kathmandu. The Senior Visual Merchandiser will design, plan, and implement visual concepts across store interiors and window displays to enhance brand identity and drive customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating seasonal and promotional layouts, coordinating with store and sales teams to align visual themes with merchandising goals, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role will oversee installation of visual elements, monitor store presentation standards, and analyze customer response and sales data to refine visual strategies. The Senior Visual Merchandiser will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to support product launches and retail campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with retail, sales, and management teams.
• Practical experience in Retail environments with a solid understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to align visual strategies with shopper behavior and revenue objectives.
• Proficiency in designing and executing Window Displays and in-store visual concepts.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably at a senior or lead level.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into creative, commercially effective visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working on-site, including occasional early, late, or weekend hours for installations and changeovers.
• Knowledge of basic design principles; familiarity with design tools or software is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
