Responsibilities

• Store Renovation Project Management
• Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings, store upgrades, and vendor sourcing
• Assist in new store concept and fixture development
• Retail VM Campaign Planning & Execution
• Creative development for seasonal retail VM campaign and festive VM programs
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that enhance shopping experience and conversion
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure high-quality VM standards, strong visual presence, and provide proper retail maintenance support
• Prepare VM reports and guideline
• Market Research

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder of Visual Merchandising or design related discipline
• 4 years or above relevant Visual Merchandising experience in retail industry
• Acquiring VM design experience is a must
• High Proficiency in Design software, e.g AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling software (SketchUp)
• Experience in store renovation and project coordination is an advantage
• Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
