Job Purpose

The Senior Visual Merchandiser supports the Team Leader in coordinating and driving visual merchandising execution across stores, ensuring alignment with brand directives and visual strategies. This role is responsible for maintaining high visual standards, enhancing in-store presentation, and contributing to overall business performance through effective and commercially driven VM implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising directives across stores and locations, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and standards
• Support the implementation of window displays and in-store visual themes, including both global guidelines and local adaptations
• Provide visual merchandising support to store teams through clear setup guidelines, regular monitoring, and constructive feedback
• Ensure proper product zoning and optimize display capacity planning to maximize product visibility and space productivity
• Oversee seasonal updates of key visuals across all stores, ensuring timely and consistent execution
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising) to align product focus, campaigns, and in-store execution
• Prepare monthly and seasonal VM reports, providing actionable insights to improve visual standards and store performance
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to enhance visual presentation and customer experience
• Support store teams in executing VM best practices and ensure alignment with brand expectations
• Contribute to driving sales performance through effective product presentation and customer-focused visual merchandising strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, marketing, or related fields
• 3–5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising within retail business
• Experience in coordinating a team and managing multiple brands across various store locations
• Strong communication, coordination, and influencing skills
• Good understanding of customer behaviour and in-store shopping journey
• Ability to link visual merchandising with sales performance is a plus
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
