International Voice Process / Customer Support Executive role
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve international customer queries over calls.
- Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell telecom products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in International Voice Process from BPO Company
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Flexibility working in night / rotational shifts
