£16/hr (inclusive of Tronc) + surplus Tronc

Full-time 35-40h/week

The Successful Senior Waiter/Waitress Will:

· Have previous experience in a Senior Waiter/Waitress or similar role within a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant environment.

· Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and consistently go the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.

· Maintain outstanding attention to detail, ensuring the restaurant is set up to the highest standards and operates efficiently throughout service.

· Take pride in coaching and supporting team members, helping to build their knowledge, confidence, and performance.

· Thrive in a team-focused environment, working closely with management to ensure every guest leaves having enjoyed a positive dining experience.

· Use strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for food and hospitality to consistently achieve high standards and performance targets.

· Bring a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.

· Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when working under pressure.
