Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth shift activities.

Allocate manpower and manage shift schedules to meet operational needs and productivity targets.

Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational targets are achieved.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.

Oversee inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading.

Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety procedures.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Candidate must have forklift license.
