Senior Warehouse Executive (Alcohol)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper inventory handling and storage practices are maintained.
• Monitor warehouse documentation and operational records.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock accuracy.
• Perform stock reconciliation and variance investigation.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Follow up on shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, permits, and customs documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on shipment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Customs, Duty Free, Free Zone, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and delivery schedules.
• To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures is preferred.

• Good time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and government authorities
