What they need
We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Executive to manage inventory operations and coordinate closely with internal teams, franchise outlets, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and stocktakes
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Coordinate with Operations teams, franchisees, and shipping/logistics providers
- Monitor stock levels, investigate variances, and prepare inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
