Senior Warehouse Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center (Warehouse) Senior Manager to lead the overall operations of our distribution center in Consolacion, Cebu. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.

The Senior Manager will oversee warehouse performance, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transportation partners, operational costs, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring service levels and compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site position (6 days a week) based in Consolacion, Cebu.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of 3PL service providers and trucking partners, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, KPIs, and operational requirements.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, service levels, accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor and manage warehouse and distribution costs against budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
• Ensure effective inventory control and accuracy, including proper receiving, storage, handling, cycle counting, and stock movement processes.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and seamless distribution operations.
• Oversee warehouse facilities, equipment, and maintenance requirements to ensure operational continuity, safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and operating standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage warehouse and distribution teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Analyze operational data and provide management with insights, performance reports, and recommendations for improving warehouse and distribution performance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or supply chain operations, with significant experience in a management or senior leadership capacity.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, transportation, and workforce management.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers, trucking partners, and other logistics service providers.
• Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, warehouse processes, and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated experience in cost management, budgeting, KPI monitoring, and operational performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use operational data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Proficient in using data analysis and warehouse management tools/software.
• Good knowledge of applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work on-site in Consolacion, Cebu.
