Position Overview Senior Wealth Advisor - Chicago: A multi-generational private family office is adding a senior advisor to guide family members through complex investment, tax and estate planning decisions. Hybrid schedule in Chicago.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own relationships with family members and their related entities
• Run client meetings and presentations, in person and virtually
• Mentor and develop junior advisors and associates
• Analyze trusts, business agreements and estate planning scenarios
• Build financial plans and cash flow projections and coordinate individual tax and compliance work
• Handle gifting, capital calls and distributions
• Work with banks, investment managers, CPAs and attorneys

Qualifications Senior Wealth Advisor - Chicago: 5+ years in financial advisory, family office or wealth management; strong command of investments, tax, estate and financial planning; mentoring experience; discretion and polish; comfortable with planning and CRM software. Bachelor's degree required; CFP, CPA or JD preferred.

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base plus a 5% bonus, depending on experience.
