What You'll Do Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced financial planning strategies Create and deliver customized financial plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances Partner with advisors and clients to develop recommendations in areas including: Retirement income planning Tax-efficient wealth strategies Estate and legacy planning Charitable giving strategies Executive compensation and equity planning Risk management and asset allocation Participate in client meetings and provide clear, actionable financial guidance Stay current on tax, estate, retirement, and investment planning developments Help enhance and evolve the firm's financial planning capabilities and client experience Collaborate across the team to ensure planning recommendations are implemented effectively Contribute thought leadership and educational content focused on personal financial wellbeing

What Makes You Successful Passion for helping clients make confident financial decisions Ability to simplify complex planning concepts into practical advice Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn Comfortable taking ownership and leading planning discussions Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience Qualifications 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory services Deep knowledge of wealth planning concepts, including: Retirement distribution strategies Tax planning Estate and wealth transfer planning Medicare and Social Security optimization Tax-efficient investing Charitable and gifting strategies Experience using financial planning software and technology platforms Advanced analytical, communication, and client relationship skills FINRA registrations and/or advisory licensing preferred CFP® designation preferred
