About InReach
InReach Wealth Advisors is a private wealth management practice serving high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families with complex financial needs. Built on a people-first culture and a focus on client experience, our team is committed to delivering thoughtful, highly organized guidance that helps clients make confident financial decisions. We operate with a long-term view, emphasizing trust, precision, and consistent execution across every client relationship.
Position Overview
InReach Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Management Associate to own client-service and implementation workflows from initial request through verified completion. This is a licensed, client-facing role responsible for accurate execution, proactive communication, and dependable follow-through for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships. The right candidate will master the operational and investment workflows of a sophisticated wealth management practice and ensure that no client commitment is lost, delayed, or closed without confirmation of the intended outcome.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Workflow Ownership
· Serve as the primary service contact for assigned client relationships.
· Manage account openings, maintenance, transfers, rollovers, money movements, deposits, distributions, and client documentation.
· Track signatures, incoming assets, pending transactions, and unresolved requests through verified completion.
· Maintain complete CRM records, household groupings, workflow status, accountable owners, and due dates.
· Provide proactive client updates and escalate stalled, incomplete, or time-sensitive work.
Investment Implementation & Reporting
· Prepare portfolio reports, allocation summaries, performance information, and meeting materials.
· Coordinate approved trading and rebalancing activity and confirm accurate completion.
· Support portfolio analysis, allocation review, and basic securities research.
· Maintain accurate account data, household groupings, and positions in portfolio management systems.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
· Prepare for client meetings and confirm that accounts, reporting, documentation, and meeting materials are current and accurate.
· Identify unresolved items before meetings and attend in a technical support capacity as needed.
· Document commitments, assign accountable owners and deadlines, route follow-up tasks, and verify completion.
Role Boundaries
The Senior Wealth Management Associate owns service execution and supports implementation but does not own final financial advice, investment strategy, complex planning recommendations, or the overall advisor-client relationship.
Qualifications
· SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, required.
· CFP Required
· Ten or more years of wealth management, brokerage, RIA, or related financial-services experience.
· Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
· Strong understanding of account servicing, trading, portfolio reporting, and investment workflows.
· Exceptional organization, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
· Salesforce, Thomson, and FPQP® experience preferred.
Success in This Role
Success means client requests remain visible, clients receive updates before they need to ask, every commitment has an accountable owner and deadline, and work is not considered complete until the intended outcome has been verified. The strongest candidate anticipates needs, follows through without prompting, values precision and accountability, and wants to become a long-term, integral member of the team.

- 401(k) with employer match
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Professional development and licensing support
