Senior Wealth Management Manager

About the role

Provide independent, comprehensive financial solutions and wealth management strategies to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and mass-affluent clients across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. Analyze clients' financial landscapes and construct tailored portfolios covering wealth accumulation & risk mitigation, retirement & legacy planning, premium asset allocation & corporate solutions, and family trust & estate planning. Build and maintain robust, long-term business relationships as a trusted primary advisor, focusing on genuine client needs and ongoing portfolio reviews. Fast-track to build, lead, and manage your own elite financial planning and advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted primary advisor focusing on genuine client needs and ongoing portfolio reviews
• Build, lead, and manage your own elite financial planning and advisory team

About you

• University graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Previous experience as a Relationship Manager (RM), personal banker, or within the broader banking and financial services sector is highly advantageous
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-performance environment
• Strong business acumen with sharp numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities to engage with premium clients
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; excellent command of spoken Mandarin is a strong asset for the Greater China market
• Valid Hong Kong Identity Card is required
