Job Description & Summary:

• 4-7 years related work experience in online ecommerce environments. MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT is desirable.
• Expert with Adobe Analytics analysis or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Coworker and insight generation.
• Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner
• Strong analytical and quantitative orientation along with story telling skills.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing /experimentation design (hypothesis formulation, statistical significance, read-out). • Hands-on, production-level proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience building LLM-based applications e.g., chatbots, AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines,prompt-engineered tools, or automation skills with a portfolio or examples you can walk through.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel/Microsoft PowerPoint- Expert at the creation and use of Excel pivot tables to drive analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus
• Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
