Senior Web Designer

About the role

Digitalfeet is a Norwegian marketing agency for IT companies with a delivery team in the Philippines. We are mid rebrand with a new logo, new mascot, and homepage restructure. The direction is locked, the execution is not. Your work goes live from day one. Our world: a calm premium surface, warm white and ink, one living mascot owning the color, real people everywhere, and charm in a few small moments that move.

Key responsibilities

• Web design as your core craft, starting with the homepage restructure
• Brand surfaces: everything the brand shows
• Design on client deliveries
• The small moments that move: you know when and how

About you

• Senior in judgment: you set direction instead of waiting for it
• Faithful to a brand world: you raise it, never repaint it
• Restrained: you can name what you refused to add
• Above AI, not under it: you direct the tools and question their first answer
• Direct with reasons when you disagree, including upward
• 4+ years in design, with web design at the core
• Work inside an existing brand system, client or employer, not only your own aesthetic
• Real, daily AI use in design work
• A bonus: motion or video skills, B2B or tech clients

Benefits

• A rebrand in flight with locked direction: immediate, visible impact
• An AI-forward shop: tools provided and expected
• HMO, paid time off, and a team that likes each other
