Position : Senior Web Developer

Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range : $2,600 - $5,800 / month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Philippines, India or Eastern Europe

Role Overview As a Senior Web Developer, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications, architect scalable frontend and backend solutions, and mentor junior team members to ensure engineering excellence and modern technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, implement comprehensive unit and integration tests, and maintain high-quality software documentation.
• Design API integrations and system architectures that adhere to secure coding standards and modern web protocols.
• Lead technical discussions, present architectural proposals, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind CSS.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills across remote teams.
• 5+ years of full-stack or frontend web development experience in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel.
• Prior experience working in agile, asynchronous remote teams.
