Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications both traditional and AI-driven.

You will architect solutions and solve complex problems You will also be expected to integrate AI capabilities into websites and use AI tools to accelerate development. You should be comfortable working across the stack, communicating with stakeholders, and taking full ownership of features from idea to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Lead technical design discussions and make sound architectural decisions.
• Develop responsive, pixel-accurate frontends and robust backend APIs.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, SEO, and accessibility.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Debug and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with modern web technologies and industry trends.

What You Bring to us

Proven Experience

• 4 to 5 years of professional web development experience.
• A strong portfolio, GitHub, or live projects that prove your skills.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring developers.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in at least one modern framework: React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of performance optimization, browser rendering, and accessibility.
• Experience with at least one backend stack: Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, or similar.
• You take ownership of your work and deliver without hand-holding.
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people.
