What You'll Be Working On

WordPress Development & Website Modernization

• Update, optimize, and maintain WordPress websites built with Elementor Pro
• Improve website performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
• Develop custom WordPress features and functionality

Client Portal Development

• Architect and deploy secure authenticated client portals
• Create dashboards for profile management, transaction history, purchases, downloadable resources, and restricted content

Landing Pages & Sales Funnels

• Build conversion-focused landing pages optimized for mobile devices
• Support advanced marketing funnels and lead-generation campaigns

Payment Integration

• Implement secure payment solutions using Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, and similar providers
• Configure lightweight payment workflows without full e-commerce platforms

Analytics & User Tracking

• Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Configure GA4 events, conversion tracking, dataLayer events, and funnel analysis
• Integrate tracking pixels and APIs to monitor user behavior and campaign performance

Performance Optimization

• Improve Core Web Vitals scores
• Reduce page bloat and render-blocking assets
• Enhance mobile performance and load speeds

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5 to 8+ years of professional web development experience
• with 5+ years and strong focus on advanced WordPress development experience
• Experience leading projects independently from planning through deployment
• Portfolio showcasing custom WordPress solutions, portals, or database-driven websites
• Strong English communication skills

• Advanced WordPress architecture knowledge
• Custom Post Types (CPT)
• Hooks, Filters, and functions.php
• Theme customization and child themes
• Expert-level Elementor Pro experience
• Dynamic Content, Theme Builder, Loop Builder, Dynamic Tags

Education
