As the Senior Web Developer, you'll be the engineer driving the CONROO webapp forward — our central platform used daily by terminal operators, truckers, trucking companies, and internal operations teams. Embedded in a focused cross-functional team, you'll own features end-to-end: from scoping with product through to production. The webapp is becoming an increasingly foundational part of CONROO's product and is growing fast — and you'll have real latitude to shape how it evolves. If you like building things that actually matter to the people using them and making consequential technical decisions without layers of approval, this is the role.

🎖️What Success Looks Like

In your first month

• You dive into the codebase and get to know CONROO's product from the inside.
• You'll complete onboarding, ship your first real feature, and build relationships with your cross-functional teammates.
• You will be independently productive and have a clear picture of what the webapp needs to become.

By 3 months

• You own features from kickoff to production and shape architecture discussions.
• You are the team's go-to on frontend questions.
• You've identified at least one area to improve quality or developer experience and have a concrete plan.

By 6 months

• You expand our webapp with impactful new features.
• You build scalable foundations that keep development fast as the product grows.
• You support the team ship new functionality efficiently and sustainably.
• You grow into a recognized technical leader within the team.

🚀 What You Need to Be Successful

• You have 5+ years of experience in developing web applications
• You bring extensive experience with TypeScript and its practical application.
• You have production-level experience with Vue.js 3 and Vuetify (or comparable CSS frameworks).
• You have proven experience building scalable component architectures for complex, multi-role web applications.
• You have experience integrating external services using REST APIs.
• You are proficient in modern SCM, build, and release tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker).
• You are committed to consistently raise standards by improving quality and efficiency in all aspects of work.
• You are independent with a hands-on mindset, a 'never-stop-learning' attitude and a desire to grow alongside the team.
• You bring a strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion and proactively addressing challenges.
