Senior Web Development

Job Summary

The Senior Web Developer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving all company websites and landing pages. This role ensures that websites remain secure, responsive, optimized, and aligned with business objectives to support memberships, bookings, event registrations, and lead generation. The position requires a proactive individual who can independently manage website projects while collaborating closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Manage and maintain all company websites and landing pages.
• Ensure all website content, pricing, promotions, schedules, forms, and links are accurate and up to date.
• Publish website updates in line with marketing campaigns, events, and business priorities.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, outdated content, and other website errors.
• Maintain proper staging and live environments with thorough testing before deployment.
• Keep website documentation organized and updated.

Web Development & Optimization

• Develop new landing pages, website features, and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, fast-loading, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Test website functionality, forms, automations, integrations, and user journeys before publishing.
• Maintain website security through updates, backups, plugin management, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with hosting providers or third-party vendors when required.
• Continuously improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance.

SEO & Analytics

• Implement technical SEO best practices across all websites.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Track key website metrics including traffic, conversions, user behavior, and page performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase search visibility, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization initiatives.

System Integrations

• Manage integrations between company websites and third-party platforms including CRM systems, booking systems, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and APIs.
• Ensure website forms, automations, notifications, and lead capture systems function correctly.
• Support HubSpot integrations, including form connections, automation setup, and reporting.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into complete website solutions with minimal supervision.
• Recommend new digital tools, website enhancements, and process improvements.
• Maintain project tracking and communicate progress, risks, and solutions proactively.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure every website reflects the company's premium brand standards.
• Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions and maintain consistency in design, layout, functionality, and user experience.
• Ensure websites are free from avoidable errors, broken layouts, and non-functioning elements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Web Development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience managing multiple websites.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and WordPress.
• Experience with technical SEO, website performance optimization, UX/UI principles, Core Web Vitals, and website security.
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and website analytics.
• Experience integrating websites with CRM systems, APIs, payment gateways, booking systems, and marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS management, SSL certificates, Git, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Elementor, PHP, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or hospitality/luxury industry is an advantage.
