Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer

Own enterprise Windows endpoint engineering across Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. Engineer reliable operating system deployment, task sequences, endpoint configuration, application delivery, patching, and PowerShell automation. Modernize endpoint management through cloud migration, secure configuration, predictable provisioning, and measurable end-user experience improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Windows endpoint engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Configuration Manager engineering, including operating system deployment, task sequences, site architecture, and content distribution.
• Advanced Microsoft Intune engineering for Windows Autopilot provisioning, endpoint policy, compliance, and cloud application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Windows imaging, Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE), task sequences, driver management, state migration, and in-place upgrades.
• Maintain Configuration Manager site infrastructure, distribution points, PXE, collections, software updates, reporting, and co-management transitions.
• Implement Intune enrollment, Autopilot, configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance policies, application deployment, and proactive remediation.
• Manage Windows Update for Business, update rings, feature updates, expedited updates, patch compliance, and Windows Autopatch where adopted.
• Develop production-grade PowerShell automation for provisioning, detection, remediation, reporting, and configuration drift control.
• Engineer Group Policy, application packaging, endpoint hardening, identity integration, technical escalations, change validation, and root-cause analysis.
