Senior Workday Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Yitro Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Implementation Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in Workday implementations, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing and stakeholder management. The consultant will own complex workstreams, work directly with client stakeholders and provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead functional workstreams within complex Workday implementation and transformation projects.

· Own requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.

· Conduct workshops with HR leadership, business stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams.

· Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

· Lead Workday configuration and business-process design.

· Review and validate configurations delivered by other consultants.

· Define and maintain business processes, security roles, organizational structures and functional configurations.

· Lead data migration, conversion, validation and reconciliation activities.

· Partner with integration teams on inbound and outbound Workday integrations.

· Provide functional guidance on EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Workday web services.

· Define test approaches and lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage and resolution.

· Identify project risks, dependencies and functional gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.

· Lead cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-production support activities.

· Act as a functional SME and primary point of contact for assigned Workday workstreams.

· Mentor junior and mid-level Workday consultants.

· Review project deliverables and ensure quality and implementation standards.

· Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, testers, HR SMEs and client leadership.

Technical & Functional Skills

· Advanced Workday configuration and solution-design experience.

· Strong understanding of Workday business processes and cross-module dependencies.

· Strong experience with EIB and Workday integrations; knowledge of Core Connectors and Workday Studio.

· Understanding of Workday Web Services and API-based integrations.

· Strong experience with data migration and conversion.

· Strong understanding of Workday security and role-based access.

· Experience designing and executing SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.

· Strong understanding of HRIS architecture and HR business processes.

Required Experience

· 8–10 years of Workday implementation or consulting experience.

· Proven experience across multiple Workday implementation or transformation projects.

· Experience leading one or more Workday functional workstreams.

· Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder-management experience.

· Experience managing complex requirements, risks and dependencies.

· Experience working with geographically distributed/global implementation teams.

· Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other consultants.

Preferred Certifications

· Workday HCM certification strongly preferred

· Relevant Workday module certifications preferred

· Workday integration certification is an advantage

· Multiple Workday certifications are a strong plus

Pay: $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
