A government ICT service provider needs a senior 3rd-line Workplace Specialist to manage and develop a large-scale digital workplace environment supporting approximately 35,000 workstations. The specialist will handle complex technical issues, workplace projects and ongoing platform management, working independently in a high-pressure environment.

Must-have

• MCSE Cloud certification.
• At least 2 years of experience with Azure Cloud and Intune in a complex IT organisation.
• Ability to work independently from day one and perform under high pressure.
• Strong problem analysis and communication skills.

Nice-to-have

• Digital workplace management in a complex IT organisation.
• Experience managing and developing a similar workplace environment.
• Ivanti Workspace Manager and Automation Manager.
• Citrix, MECM/SCCM, Azure/Entra and Microsoft applications.
• Testing tools such as Ranorex or LoadGen.
• Agile working experience.
