Senior Workshop Coordinator

Introduction to the job

Valve Services specialise in industrial valve sales, repair, testing and calibration from our Little Island Facility. Our customer base include the Power, Pharma, Dairy and Brewing sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced team member to join our Workshop Facility as a Senior Workshop Coordinator.

Role and responsibilities include

• To oversee the admin function for a busy valve workshop.
• To coordinate site visits by our valve technicians and prepare saftey documentation and site files for same.
• To prepare quotations for sitework and workshop spare parts.
• Liase with customers where technical discussions are required and plan the repair of their valves.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate

• The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and will work well as part of a team.
• Will possess a good mechanical aptitude and will have proven problem solving skills.
• A basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• A full clean driving licence as site visits may occasionally be required.
